The Role, Your Impact:
Under the direction of the North America Business Development Director, you will contribute to the following challenges:
- Develop a portfolio of new clients and identify tailored solutions.
- Understand client’s business objectives to propose customized strategies.
- Lead the entire negotiation cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strategic approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SCO, R&D, marketing, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Alignment on capabilities and financial aspects with the SCO team.
- Provide regular reports and accurate forecasts on account performance.
- Facilitate the transition from acquisition to account management post-signature.
- Implement the company’s initiatives for new clients.
Your strenghts for this position:
- Education : University degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience : In-depth expertise in market needs, both in volume and margin, with solid experience in key account management or a similar role.
- Skills :
- Expertise in business relationship management and new client prospecting.
- Mastery of communication, strategic negotiation and impactful presentations.
- Strong project management skills with in-depth knowledge of the food processing industry.
- Ability to build sustainable strategic relationships and develop effective long-term action plans.
- Strategic vision and ability to anticipate market developments.
