POSITION TITLE: Account Manager, Exportation

JOB STATUS: Full-time

ESTABLISHMENT: Boucherville – Bureau des ventes et administration

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent of this position will be mainly responsible for the following functions:


  • Promoting and selling Olymel’s line of products mainly to Japan district.
  • Building business and sales plans (volume, profitability, product opportunities) for each client under your responsibility;
  • Analyzing existing markets for each product and each client and establishing opportunities for each respective client;
  • Maintaining customer relations, knowing and understanding their strategic business orientations so as to build with them an allied strategy covering our products;
  • Ensuring that clients respect their commitments with our firm, working closely with the Finance, Logistics and Transportation Department;


  • University degree in administration or Food Technology
  • Trilingualism (English, French, Japanese)
  • knowledge of international market
  • Good business sense
  • Dynamism, analysis and synthesis ability
  • High interpersonal communication abilities to establish and maintain good business relationships with clients
  • Communication skills
  • Judgement
  • Capacity to work under pressure
  • Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, AS400)
  • Willingness to travel outside of Canada for business
