The Role, Your Impact:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Industrial customers, across Canada & the USA.
- Know and understand their strategic orientations, in order to develop business,
- Establish strategic and commercial plans (volume, profitability, product sales potential, etc.) including sales targets to achieve KG and contribution objectives.
- Coordinate new product development with Business Strategy, R&D and Technical Services departments,
- Define business opportunities for each customer using reference data,
- Ensure that commitments made to the company by each customer are respected, in close collaboration with the Finance, Logistics and Transport departments (volume, price adjustments, monetary commitments, etc.),
- Ensure contract management, and monitor budgets allocated per customer,
- Carry out monthly and quarterly reviews and monitor each customer's performance and contribution to sales, with a precise action plan to correct anomalies or boost sales,
- Ensure constant internal communication to contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations,
- Ensure sales forecasts with the demand planning team,
- Prepare quotations and carry out the necessary financial analyses.
Your assets for this position:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Food Science.
- Experience:A Minimum of 10 years experience in major account management,
Skills:
- Expertise in new market and product development (R&D).
- Excellent analytical, financial and organizational skills.
- Fluent English; French a plus.
- Frequent travel in Canada and the United States.
